Originally Peter Palmer formed Palmer Precision Engineering and Pete MacBean formed Pace Computing. After operating as separate businesses and relying on each other’s services they joined together and in 1998 Online Engineering Systems was born. The founder’s skills of high precision machining and state of the art CAD/CAM programming enabled the business to supply skills and services to a level of expertise not found in typical subcontract machine shops. This expertise continues to this day with the founders providing consultancy and continuity as the company grows as part of NEHG. We have a skilled time served workforce that takes pride in creating the finished product and clearly gains satisfaction from turning stock material into precision parts. We also have a policy of continued investment in the latest machine tools so that we can offer the best in class services to our clients.
